Consolidate project and program data using predefined program plan reporting tools and methods in order to monitor and control the program performance and communicate to stakeholders.
Identify and apply the important principles and proper timing to guide the implementation of Interface Management throughout the project life cycle
Determine business driver of project, including key assumptions, benefits, and materialization of project.
Verify objective(s) of the project agreement is met
Identify the suitability of adaptive approaches for the organizational structure (e.g., virtual, colocation, matrix structure, hierarchical, etc.).
Evaluate the program’s status in order to monitor and control the program while maintaining current program information.
Apply the defined skills needed to effectively lead an interface management plan and monitor this effectively throughout the project
Confirm risk thresholds based on risk appetites
Advocate for agile principles by modeling those principles and discussing agile values in order to develop a shared mindset across the team as well as between the customer and the team.
Participate in agreement negotiations
Identify organizational process assets and enterprise environmental factors that facilitate the use of adaptive approaches.
Develop strong communication skills, relationship management skills, and negotiation skills
