Generate and maintain visibility for the program and confirm stakeholder support in order to achieve the program’s strategic objectives.

Explain a requirements traceability matrix/product backlog.

Elicit and prioritize relevant non-functional requirements (such as operations and security) by considering the environment in which the solution will be used in order to minimize the probability of failure.

Analyze personality indicators and adjust to the emotional needs of key project stakeholders
