Assess the risk associated with each assumption and/or constraint
Develop and apply methods, tools and techniques to develop and manage project scope
Iteratively assess and prioritize risks
Establish and maintain a shared understanding of success criteria, deliverables, and acceptable trade-offs by facilitating awareness among stakeholders in order to align expectations and build trust.
Recognize the relationship between assumptions and/or constraints, and project objectives (e.g., predict the cascade effect of project stakeholder holiday schedules on project timelines)
Monitor the business environment, program functionality requirements, and benefits realization in order to ensure the program remains aligned with strategic objectives.
Provide transparency regarding work status by communicating team progress, work quality, impediments, and risks in order to help the primary stakeholders make informed decisions.
