Define standard measurement criteria for success for all constituent projects by analyzing stakeholder expectations and requirements across the constituent projects in order to monitor and control the program.

Apply best practices to prevent claims and disputes (i.e. FEP, DRB, Documentation, communication, etc.)

Explain the purpose of focus groups, standup meetings, brainstorming, etc.

Determine required competencies and elements of training

Explain when it is appropriate to use a predictive, plan-based approach.

Utilize the risk management framework effectively to reduce claims

Conduct program kick-off with key stakeholders by holding meetings in order to familiarize the organization with the program and obtain stakeholder buy-in.

Determine training options based on training needs

Identify the suitability of a predictive, plan-based approach for the organizational structure (e.g., virtual, colocation, matrix structure, hierarchical, etc.).

Perform a preliminary document analysis

Determine the root cause of claims and areas that require greater attention on the front end of projects

Develop a detailed program scope statement by incorporating program vision and all internal and external objectives, goals, influences, and variables in order to facilitate overall planning.

Allocate resources for training

Determine the activities within each process.

Apply the different dispute resolution techniques available to be used

Gather and review documents
