I. Initiator

III. Listener

IV. Coach

V. Working Member

Being a project manager doesn’t mean just overseeing the work. They are also working members of the team, actively contributing to the tasks and deliverables of the project. They utilize their skills and expertise in their field to contribute to the project work and shouldn’t be afraid to roll up their sleeves when necessary.

VI. Facilitator

Project managers are facilitators who streamline the decision-making process. They coordinate team efforts, ensure information is shared across all stakeholders, and make it easier for everyone to take action and produce the desired results.
