To create topics from existing FAQs using the Suggest Topics feature in Power Virtual Agents, follow these steps:
- Access Power Virtual Agents: Open the Power Virtual Agents portal in your web browser and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Navigate to the Topics section: In the Power Virtual Agents portal, click on Topics in the left navigation menu. This will display the list of existing topics.
- Select “Suggest Topics”: In the Topics section, click on the Suggest Topics button located at the top-right corner of the screen. This feature helps you identify potential topics based on your existing content.
- Choose the FAQ Knowledge Base: In the Suggest Topics dialog, select the FAQ Knowledge Base you want to use. This should be the knowledge base that contains the existing FAQ content you want to create topics from.
- Review and Confirm Suggested Topics: Power Virtual Agents will analyze the content of the FAQ Knowledge Base and suggest potential topics based on that content. Review the suggested topics presented by the system.
- Customize and Create Topics: Review the suggested topics and modify them as needed to align with your requirements. - Save and Publish: Once you have customized the suggested topics to your satisfaction, save your changes and publish the updates.
